You know the feeling well - you've just bought a lottery ticket, and deep down inside you allow yourself to fantasize, just for a minute, about what you would do with MILLIONS OF DOLLARS!!
I've never won the lottery and I don't know ANYBODY who has, either. I was thinking the other day...could it all be a big scam?
I am DESPERATE to know before I waste anymore of my money on these damn things. Is the lottery for real, do you know anyone that has won millions??
I sort of agree with that. I live in Michigan and not once have I heard on the news about a multimillionaire winner donating to and charity (saying that cause there will be one that does and that they wouldn't get on the news otherwise.)
ReplyDeleteYeah or like you'll hear about somebody on the news who's won but of course they don't want to reveal their identity. I call bullshit! Until the day I or a close friend of mine MEETS an actual multi-million dollar lottery winner I call BULLSHIT.
ReplyDeleteI've won £10 on the lottery twice :D
ReplyDeleteShowing you some love brother ;)
Well, I've won €5 many times ;)
ReplyDeletecould definately be a scam, getting rich of desperate hope
ReplyDeleteit is for real
ReplyDeleteI Wana be millionaire , what fucking worng?:))
ReplyDeleteI won $70 today on lotto =P
ReplyDeletelottary is just waste of time and money
ReplyDeleteIve one £10 like twice in my life. On scratch cards though never really play proper lottery
ReplyDeleteI only tried sports betting once.. it worked, but it´s a lot of work if you want to do it seriously.
ReplyDeleteMaybe,i guess
ReplyDeleteI don't know anyone...
ReplyDeleteI know a guy that bought a scratch ticket and he won a million dollars I was so pissed that it wasn't me though needless to say that day at work was his last lucky bastard
ReplyDeletei know someone that won, it wasnt the jackpot it was like 5/6 numbers hit. they got six figures. i don't think its a scam, it's just really rare when people win. you have a better chance of getting hit with lightning so think about how many news stories about that youve seen. plus the news doesn't really cover lotto winners unless they do something crazy like give it all to charity. so you never really hear about it unless it happens to someone you know
ReplyDeleteYeah i've always wondered if it was a scam. I won like 30 dollars once....
ReplyDeleteit looks like you have a good thing going here... keep up the great work on your blog!
ReplyDeleteThe only way to make money with little work is gambling, not with the lottery.
ReplyDeleteMillions, no.
ReplyDeleteBut i do know ppl that have won between $900 - $4000 dollars off of scratch offs. :D
gl on winning :P
ReplyDeleteHoller at a baller, and then eat motherfucking babies all day!
ReplyDeleteIt is... It's a huge scam. But play anyway.
ReplyDeleteDont stop
Belieeeevin,
Hold on to that feeliiiin.
I know someone who won $50 g's playing a scratch ticket. But, the amount of money that they have put into it is ridiculous.
ReplyDeleteHouse always wins.
ReplyDelete<3
Never won, but I'll never give up.
ReplyDeleteHouse always wins
ReplyDeleteThey're not scams but yoru chances of winning are so low. I've not won big or known anyone who has but when I used to play it I forgot to buy a ticket one week and like 4 or 5 of my normal numbers came thorugh. Enough for a few thousand.
ReplyDeleteFollowing and supporting your cause :)
Lottery is legit, but like others have said just a really low chance of winning.
ReplyDeleteIts not a scam but also the Texas lottery at least part of the proceeds go to the local schools so you can say "I didn't win but at least I donated to help a school"
ReplyDeleteI understand your sentiment, but the lottery is real. The media is allowed access to the winners if they want it. It is mandatory that the name of the person be published in my state. Don't know about your state. It just is so unlikely that anyone win, it is easy for us to never personally know of any winner. Kind of like never personally knowing of a musician that makes it famous or an football player that makes the NFL. Well those things are real too, but so few are ever in that spot, we may never know one personally.
ReplyDeleteI´m also a real dreamer... always think about how my life would be with a million dollars :(
ReplyDeleteI always said ill never play the lottery, but i think one day i will, cuz you never know
ReplyDeleteI actually know a lady who won $1 million in a supermarket contest, she says after taxes, it was around $30,000/yr for 20 years. She kept her job. A real nice yearly payday, but not enough to dropout for life...
